Required 

  •  6+ years of non-internship professional IT Support experience
  •  3+ years of direct customer relationship management experience
  •  Strong understanding of systems and Hardware Support (Network & Server)
  •  Able to prioritize critical operational tasks across multiple contract manufactures
  •  Be an escalation point for current IT Support team

  •  Able to build operational dashboards
  •  Able to perform lite automation tasks
