MasterHealthPro is currently seeking a dynamic IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist at MHP, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance, resolving IT issues, and supporting our innovative platform's users.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Diagnose IT problems, perform troubleshooting, identify root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist in setting up and deploying new devices, such as computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.
- Respond to IT support tickets and inquiries via various channels (email, phone) documenting solutions and resolutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT tools, applications, and best practices to enhance productivity and technical proficiency.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and assist in procurement when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends, continuously enhancing technical skills and knowledge.
- Maintain network servers, associated hardware, software, services, and settings.
- Recommend, test, and implement system and security upgrades.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance consistently.
- Create, adjust, and maintain network user settings and permissions.
- Develop technical support documentation for network systems and applications.
Requirements and skills:
- You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- You must have prior experience in helpdesk or technical support.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS
