SV IT is looking for IT Support Specialist III to work in Flushing, NY and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Must possess Master's degree* in Computer Science or related field and exp. in ITIL process, change management, problem management; Linux Operating System and Websphere Application server; Unix Shell Scripting and Java/API Based application troubleshooting; and Splunk, Dynatrace, Catchpoint, Extrahop, Visor, JIRA and Confluence. *In lieu of Master’s Degree, a bachelor’s plus 5 yrs. of exp. is acceptable
