Description

In this role, you will:

  • Proactively solve 1st and 2nd level support cases on hard and software issues.
  • On-prem service - Take care of our office equipment: Install, move, add or change existing installations like work desks, meeting room equipment or other IT-related peripherals in our office space.
  • Diagnose and provide support on computer system problems, including repairing, servicing,  installing, training, and troubleshooting computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Help to roll-out and provision internal devices (e.g. laptops, workstations, and other peripherals) to ensure the compliance with the company rules.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT support within a heterogeneous environment encompassing Windows, Linux, and MacOS systems.
  • Proficient operating system expertise, particularly adept at resolving user issues across Windows, Linux, and MacOS platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with contemporary user applications and hardware technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
