IT Support Specialist

Job Description:

Provide overall technical support for the server network environment, including operating systems, architecture and storage; Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and coordinate the use and proper operation of servers, storage environments, and network operating systems; Troubleshoot and resolve users’ technical issues; and Coordinate with technical managers and system/network administrators to ensure optimal network reliability, security and data integrity as well as inter-operability with systems and applications.

Qualifications: 

Minimum High School Diploma or its foreign equivalent and at least two (2) years of work experience in the job offered or in computer technical assistance and support tasks
