As our IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our computer systems, software, and hardware. You will be the go-to person for all things technical, providing support to our employees, customers, and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, network, and system crashes

- Install and maintain computer systems and applications for our employees

- Provide technical support to our customers via phone, email, and in-person

- Ensure the security and backup of all company data and information

- Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technical solutions that improve efficiency and productivity

- Conduct regular hardware and software audits to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness

- Research and recommend new technology solutions to meet the needs of the company

- Train and support employees on the proper use of technology and software systems

- Keep abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements to continuously improve the company's IT infrastructure

 

Qualifications:

- 1 year of experience in an IT support role

- Technical certifications (such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications

- Experience with MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems

- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong time-management and organizational skills

- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus
