Description

  • Provides remote technical support for project workstations and associated hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoots standard software and hardware questions, issues, problems and failures.
  • Identifies complex issues, and interfaces with more senior Service Desk staff for investigation and resolution.
  • Support functions in the Grapevine, TX office related to the intake and evaluation of returned equipment inventories, the distributions of new and refurbished equipment, and the tracking and follow-up of these assets on behalf of the client.
  • Works to develop an understanding of standard issues, questions, and problems with the Texas VIC program standard workstations, personal computers, software, and associated hardware and the resolutions to those matters.
  • Follows policies, procedures, and standards in responding to end-user requests and providing end-user support.
  • Documents and reports all service requests and their outcome, following standard procedures and practices.
  • Perform inventory control to monitor and maintain warehouse stock levels of replacement equipment and peripherals.

Education

Any Graduate
