Provides remote technical support for project workstations and associated hardware and software.
Troubleshoots standard software and hardware questions, issues, problems and failures.
Identifies complex issues, and interfaces with more senior Service Desk staff for investigation and resolution.
Support functions in the Grapevine, TX office related to the intake and evaluation of returned equipment inventories, the distributions of new and refurbished equipment, and the tracking and follow-up of these assets on behalf of the client.
Works to develop an understanding of standard issues, questions, and problems with the Texas VIC program standard workstations, personal computers, software, and associated hardware and the resolutions to those matters.
Follows policies, procedures, and standards in responding to end-user requests and providing end-user support.
Documents and reports all service requests and their outcome, following standard procedures and practices.
Perform inventory control to monitor and maintain warehouse stock levels of replacement equipment and peripherals.
