Description-Strong retail break fix background to play the role of stores relationship manager, good comms, who can talk to the stores, understand their break fix problems
 

  • Visit the stores, fix the problems if needed or work with our break fix partner to get the problems fixed, -Has understanding of retail break fix and store hardware IT issues like tills, handheld, scanner, printers, store network, servers, connectivity etc.
