Description:

• New position to support expansion of and long-term, IT infrastructure needs
• Support global validation and engineering teams in Mossville (IL), Tucson (AZ), Brisbane (Australia), and Bangalore (India)
• Overall team is responsible for testing bi-annual Client’s product line used by global mining customers as part of the staffed and autonomous surface and underground mining operations within self-managed IT environment.

Variety of Windows server, SQL, etc. versions are concurrently maintained to ensure MineStar product compatibility across an array of commercially available and supported IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Provide IT administration for Client’s global validation environment. Responsibilities include administering access to test servers, ensuring servers are up to date with regular security patches and updates to Window server VMs and Unix VM, generate and manage security certificates, troubleshooting various issues within validation environment, monitoring server health and identifying any performance concerns within environment, maintaining SQL databases for each test cluster, coordinate necessary updates with global corporate IT, engineering, and validation teams
