Manage the entire life cycle of broker and employee accounts.

Manage service SLAs and KPIs, the overall quality of IAM service deliverables and drive continuous improvement.

Participate in annual reviews, audits, quality assurance systems, surveys, mainframe maintenance, etc.

Manage the main stakeholders of the IAM security services.

Analyzes, identifies and corrects access risks in the different systems.

Intervene in critical situations in the event of system failures.
