Detail Job description

Responsible for handling requirements from US-based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder). Making job postings on different social networking sites.
Responsible to work on contract to hire & contractual position.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Willing to work as per US timings (9:30 am EST to 6:30 pm EST with 1 hr break)

Ceipla ATS Knowledge is a plus
Extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening
Good command over various search tools & techniques

Pay and Incentives

Annual Pay -Rs.2.75 - 3.25 Lakhs (based on experience)

Incentive - Rs 10,000 for every resource placed
