Responsibility

" Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.

" Rack and stacking Server, lifting up to 50lb weight.

" Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

" Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.

" Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.

" Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.

" Install and configure systems which support infrastructure and/or R&D activities.

" Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.

" Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.

" Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.

" Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.

" Conducting daily backup operations.

" Managing technical documentation.

" Operations and Support

" Asset Management, includes 4 physical asset audits per year

" Need to track inventory any time

" Equipment purchase, shipping, assigning to users

Requirement

" Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

" 2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.

" A+, Linux+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation advantageous.

" Forman deployment experience

" Ansible experience

" RHEL, CENTOS, ROCKY, UBUNTU, and other Linux base OS installation, management, and support

" Asset Management experience

" Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

" Good interpersonal skills.

" Attention to detail.

" Good problem-solving skills.
