Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive In-House IT Technician to provide comprehensive technical support and maintenance for our office's IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all computer systems, networks, and software applications used within the organization. Your primary objective will be to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency by promptly addressing any IT-related issues that arise. Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to all employees on-site, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and other peripheral devices.

Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing and maintaining appropriate backup and antivirus solutions.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, including LAN/Wi-Fi configurations.

Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with software usage policies.

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and procure necessary IT equipment and services.

Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system optimizations.

Provide training and support to employees on the proper use of IT resources and applications.

Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

Stay informed about advancements in technology and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, preferably in an office environment.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Familiarity with network protocols, security principles, and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position based in our office.

Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required to address urgent issues or perform maintenance tasks outside regular business hours.
