Description

Requirement:

Deep subject matter expertise on ITSM (IT Service Management) modules SM 9(Mandatory)

Upgrade to Service Manager 9

Change management, Incident management, CMDB, Service Request management & Asset management
Proficiency in developing applications, workflows, integrations within ServiceNow platform.
Experience with Integrations with third party systems using REST APIs, Integration hub experience.
Experience with setting business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes.
Flow designer experience for automating processes.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Javascript, Glide)
Experience with ATFs
