· You will be planning for and driving the initiatives to modify the existing Service Now system for the following:

· Incident Management.

· Major Incident Management.

· Problem Management.

· Change Management.

· DMBD Management.

· Strategic Portfolio Management.

· Need to travel 50% (Expenses will be provided).
