IVR Application Developer (Genesys IVR)

Job Summary:

Position Summary:
The candidate is responsible for the development and unit test support of VXML-based applications for the banking Contact Center domain. This role requires a deep technical understanding of software design, multi-tier architectures, and experience in various technologies, including VXML, CCXML, ASR, TTS, Java, JSP, servlets, Web services, Spring 3.0, JUnit, JBoss, Oracle, SQL Server, ECMAScript, and JBoss. Hands-on experience in the NDF Framework, Nuances application studio, and Genesys IVR is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in continuous integration and build tools like Maven, Subversion, and DevOps tools such as Jira, Jenkins, and HP Quality Center. Experience with Agile-driven development is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Core Java, JDK 1.6 generics & annotations.
• Good experience in J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and Web services.
• Good experience in VXML, CCXML, ASR & TTS.
• Hands-on experience in the NDF Framework and Nuances application studio.
• Good experience in Oracle & SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience in SVN, HP Quality Center & Jenkins.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of banking systems and applications.
