either Charlotte North Carolina OR Saint Louis Missouri 

8 - 10 years of IVR development exp in Avaya/Nuance and / or equivalent technologies like Cisco or Genesys.

Must

Programming experience:

IVR application development. AEP, Avaya OD, Nuance Dialog Framework.

Java 8+ experience

VXML

CCXML

SCXML

GRXML

Nice To Have

Docker / Kubernetes

NLU handling / conversational IVRs

Spring Boot and / or any java backend API development experience (like REST APIs)
