Description

We are seeking a skilled IVR Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing IVR solutions using Nuance technology.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy IVR applications using Nuance platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize and configure Nuance speech recognition and natural language understanding components to optimize IVR performance.
Integrate IVR systems with backend databases, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure IVR applications meet performance and quality standards.
Provide technical support and maintenance for existing IVR solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IVR and speech recognition technology.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
10+ Years of Proven experience in developing IVR applications using Nuance technologies (e.g., Nuance Voice Platform, Nuance Recognizer, Nuance NLU).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of telephony concepts and protocols (e.g., SIP, VoIP).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Prior experience in healthcare, telecommunications, or financial services industries is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Nuance certification in IVR development.
Experience with speech analytics and voice biometrics.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
