Java API Developer

Description: We are looking for a talented Java API Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our API solutions. In this role, you will leverage Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies to build scalable and secure APIs, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Implement data access layers using JPA, Hibernate, and ORM tools for database interactions.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into efficient API solutions.
• Implement API security measures, including authentication, authorization, and input validation.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with the latest API development trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• We are seeking a Java developer with 4-6 years of experience actively working on Java projects.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record with JAVA 17, REST Web Services, Hibernate-JPA/Spring Data R2DB, and Spring Boot 3.2.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and proficiency with tools like JIRA, GitHub, and Jenkins is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, is a strong plus
