The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving the issues in Bharat Bill Pay online and offline applications. The person will be responsible for monitoring, managing and working in 24 x 7 OLTP environment in BBPS. Responsible for working in 24 x 7 mission-critical Bill Payment applications and expected to coordinate with Database, Infrastructure, operations team, and other stakeholders, including but not limited to Banks and non-banking entities to achieve desired results in BBPS. Ensuring a near 100% application uptime is one of the key drivers, by employing pro-active and reactive maintenance activities. Should be an individual contributor, and should have the ability to excel with the team. Should be a quick learner.

Patch Deployment & Build Deployments

Bug fixing & Application sizing.

Willing to work in dynamic 24x7 zero downtime Application support and management.

Log Monitoring and Analysis for issue prevention

Hands-on experience with shell scripting
