Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Java, SQL and Development experience
  • Additional support hours for deployment
  • Splunk and log monitor tools
  • Trouble shooting, Incident management and problem solving skills
  • Monitor system issues and performing system health checks
  • Research issues to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
  • Exposure to monitoring tools like Spunk, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana etc
