Java Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Architect for our client located in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance systems. As a Java Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture and direction of our Java-based applications.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and robust Java applications.
• Define and implement architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for architecture and design.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Proven experience as a Java Architect or similar role.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Java development and architecture.
• Extensive experience with Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, and other related frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficient in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud environments.
