Java Architect with Mulesoft experience

12+ years exp, needs to currently hold a Java Architect title; ideally fullstack developer
Experience with Mulesoft is a huge plus, need experience with migrating applications to the cloud
All within 1 application 
This role would require more coding, some prod support and some understanding of Offshore coordination, development team in India, and QA team in Eastern Europe and coordination 
Want the onshore part lead (domain they are working on) 
Needs experience doing development work, held accountable for deliverables, complex modules, very close with the coding side; up to the resource to complete the coding with the teams 
For this application; licensing and registration application, have around 15 devs and 5 QA; 3 people in addition to that - so 3-5 developers 
This application is in an integration to mulesoft, some APIs in mulesoft and more APIs within mulesoft platform 
Migrated to cloud recently, cloud app some components with business process workflow tools
Culture: growing company, start up culture, someone should be able to handle that gracefully; somewhere in the middle. Some structure, but needs to go with the flow
