Java Developer

Responsibilities

Consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term software engineering challenges, evaluating multiple factors.
Contribute to resolving complex situations, ensuring adherence to function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Enhance the Operational Risk Platform (ORP) using Angular, Spring Boot, and Java.
Work within a scrum team, independently delivering on story work within each sprint.
Participate in daily stand-ups, team meetings, and product refinement sessions.
Perform estimations, requirements breakdowns, and development work to complete assigned stories.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of software development experience
2-3 years of Angular experience (version 6 or greater)
2-3 years of Spring Boot experience
2-3 years of Java experience
Agile development experience

Nice-to-Have Skills

SQL knowledge

Qualifications

Fully competent to work independently on complex tasks.
Capable of interacting with stakeholders and team members.
Not required to mentor junior team members.
