Job Description

 One of our direct clients is seeking a talented Java Developer for a 6 month contract in Houston, TX. 

As a Sr. Java Developer, you will be responsible for front-end/back-end development for an existing commercial application, focused on the company's IT Service Management application suite and request portal. This position requires strong skills in back-end application development with a solid understanding of Java, Spring MVC, JavaScript, Angular, and RESTful services.

We are looking for someone who is action-oriented and able to contribute code on day one. In addition, you should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and be able to collaborate with other members of the team to find solutions. Experience with Eclipse, VS Code, JavaScript, jQuery, MS SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and BMC Software (Helix) is a plus.
