JOB SUMMARY:
You'll be contributing to the development and support of platform capabilities for a global, mobile-first experience, driving end-to-end design and implementation of major product features while maintaining high standards for code quality and collaboration. This role requires an innovative mindset to mentor junior engineers and work efficiently across various teams to achieve excellence in service delivery.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fully understand SDLC journey maps and collaborate with Product Managers to enhance platform capabilities for personalized experiences.
  • Lead design and implementation of significant product features, focusing on backend solutions utilizing Java, Kotlin, and AWS technologies.
  • Ensure high-quality services and customer-facing experiences through comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Mentor junior engineers, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain cross-functional collaboration with Intuit teams to drive results, utilizing strong communication to lead initiatives effectively

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in designing & Developing back-end solutions to build and support platform capabilities (Microservices)
  • Expertise with backend technologies and patterns like Java, Spring, Kotlin, and Project Reactor
  • Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies
  • Proven ability to design and develop RESTful services
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines (Github, Maven, Gradle, CDD tools)
