Responsibilities

  • Develop Test Strategy and Plan for applications in scope of project.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run test functions automatically.
  • Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system.
  • Determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement the scenarios.
  • Create documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures, and test cases.
  • Well verse with defect tracking tools and Project management tools like Jira.

Requirements

  • Experience in software testing within the agile SDLC concept.
  • Additional to functional testing experience, it is a plus to have a good understanding how to tackle non-functional testing like performance/security.
  • You have hands-on experience with REST API testing & automation.
  • You have hands-on experience with UI browser- & API automation.
  • Already worked with SDLC tools like Jira would be great.
  • It is a plus to understand/have experience in a programming language like Java, JavaScript, TypeScript or Python.
  • Worked with relational databases like MySQL/MSSQ
