Day to day responsibilities:

  • Responsible for owning modification and maintenance of software applications with large scope. Will work across the IT function on different projects including analysis and design. 
  • Maintain and enhance software applications under supervision of a manager or technical lead. Products are for the call center as well as online applications.
  • Solutions developed beyond into AWS and Lambda services, MySQL.
  • Angular customizations sometimes dealing with JavaScript.
  • Developing APIs, supporting several products they have.
  • Data archives, 4 apps they manage, developing solutions in API/ Java/ Spring boot BE SQL database side.
  • 80% development, 20% support efforts to support the team and projects.
  • Note: The manager is ideally looking for someone to be very hands on (needs 3 years + experience)

Most important top three skills/experience:

  • Java w/ Spring boot (they are in Java 8)
  • AWS exp
  • Mongo DB
  • Ideal for them to have Angular as well (they are in Angular 11)
