Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and project objectives.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets our quality standards.
• Optimize and fine-tune backend applications for performance and scalability.
• Work on database integration, API development, and system architecture design.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely solutions to technical challenges.
• Keep up-to-date with Java technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven 4+ years of experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with backend frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL or NoSQL).
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
