Job Summary:

Position Summary:
The candidate is responsible for the development and unit test support of VXML-based applications for the banking Contact Center domain. Deep technical understanding of software design, multi-tier architectures, and experience in VXML, CCXML, ASR, TTS, Java, JSP, servlets, Webservices, Spring 3.0, Junit, JBOSS, Oracle & SQL Server, Ecmascript, and JBOSS. Hands-on experience in NDF Framework, Nuances application studio, Genesys IVR. Hands-on experience with continuous integration and build tools like Maven, Subversion. DevOps tools like Jira, Jenkins, HP Quality Center. Experience with Agile-driven development.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in Core Java, JDK 1.6 generics & annotations
  • Good experience in J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Webservices
  • Good experience in VXML, CCXML, ASR & TTS
  • Hands-on experience in Framework, Nuances application studio
  • Good experience in Oracle & SQL Server
  • Hands-on experience in SVN, HP Quality Center & Jenkins


Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of banking systems and applications
