Must have
Proficient in React
Proficient in React Hook
Proficient in State Management (Redux or Zustand)
Proficient in React Route
Proficient in CSS Stylings
Nice to have
Be able to understand a Figma design
Back End
Must have
Proficient in building a stand-alone API (not server side of React app)
Have good understanding about API security, both authentication and authorization
Have good understanding about how to perform CRUD on a certain database like MongoDB, Oracle
