3.Understand how OpenRewrite framework works 
a.Familier with OpenRewrite API
b.Understand of YAML
4.IDE Platforms
a.Preferably JetBranins
or
b.VSCode
5.Collaborate and Team Player
a.Open to learn Capital One specific tools and technology 
b. Able to Rewrite recipes independently
c. Collaborate with developers:
i.Troubleshoot their build and fix any recipes/Unit test
ii.Build/Rebuild code and able to merger PR
iii.Troubleshoot deployment related issues in Dev/QA/Prod
iv.Drive end to end CICD process from code to deploy
v.Support engineers to resolve issues over slack/zoo,
vi.Ability to work independently for defect/bug resolution
d.Own Software Automation Delivery end to end
