Java Full Stack Engineer

• A seasoned Full Stack Lead with 15+ years of experience, proficient in Java, Python, Angular and React.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing development teams, with a proven ability to deliver complex software projects.
• A seasoned techie with deep understanding of both frontend and backend development. Expertise in Java for backend services, Python for scripting, microservices, and React for building scalable, dynamic user interfaces.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect and / or Developer Associate
• Experience in serverless architecture
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform). Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), as well as cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Adept at gathering client requirements and communicating them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to balance multiple responsibilities, including managing client expectations, driving development progress, and ensuring high standards of code quality.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients, management, and team members.

Nice to Have:
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies and deployment platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and related tools.
