Java Full Stack Trainer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our Java Full Stack developers by refreshing their basics and providing occasional support for ongoing projects. The trainer should be proficient in Java fundamentals and coding, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions to refresh Java Full Stack developers' basics.
- Provide guidance and support to developers on ongoing projects.
- Develop training materials and resources.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java Full Stack development.
- Collaborate with the team to identify training needs and objectives.
- Must be available to work night shifts.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java fundamentals and coding.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular and React.
- Experience with backend frameworks like Spring Boot (mandatory).
- Previous experience as a Java Full Stack trainer.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely (for candidates outside Kochi, Kerala).
- Willingness to work onsite in our office (for Kochi residents).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Java.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
