Expert level Java depth in version 8 or above (Maven; Gradle: build pipeline technology for java).

Self-starter with exceptional initiative.

Willing to go after work to stretch skill breadth/depth and support team.

Strong testing experience (unit, integration, contract).

Strong communication skills.

Willing to ask questions; offer recommendations; participate/lead in virtual environment.

Demonstrated quick learner.

Should have good working knowledge of Spring Boot and Git.

Computer Science BS.

Nice to have:

Agile team experience with strong knowledge of SAFE principles.

Exposure to Kubernetes.

Exposure to Kotlin.

Some UI experience (JavaScript; React; Angular).

Exposure to Python.

Business rules inferencing engine experience.

CI/CD coding mindset.

Insurance knowledge.
