Java Lead

Details:
Java Lead / Java Technical Lead will provide system analysis, development and production support as part of a project team.
Design functional and technical approaches to create and customize functionality.
Perform execution of testing, training, support of user testing and customer support post implementation.

Skills & Role Requirements:
​8 years of Java based Web Application development experience with a strong understanding of Core Java fundamentals.
Team Leadership / Mentoring experience. ( required )
Perform review of code from team members and mentor team members.
WebSphere or any application server JBoss, Tomcat, etc.
Expertise in working with JSP and servlets.
Strong OOD (Object Oriented Development) / OOP (Object Oriented Programming) skills.
Experience using modern front-end frameworks (JavaScript) like Angular, React, Vue, etc. to improve front end functionality.
Provide support and enhancements to legacy production systems.
Ability to articulate and document a detailed technical design.
Analyze and revises existing system logic and provides concise documentation.
Hands-on experience with SQL server, DB2 knowledge a plus.
Work both independently and as a strong team player to deliver quality technology solutions.
