  • Strong in core Java/J2EE fundamentals
  • Good hands on Skills in Java
  • Hands on experience in Servlets, Spring, Struts.
  • Experience in "Hibernate" Object-Relation mapping tool
  • Good Object Orient design and development experience
  • Excellent communication Skills.
  • Experience in Javascript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, JSP, jQuery is a definite plus
