Job Description

In summary we need strong backend engineer with basic knowledge of reactJS +Intermediate AI knowledge in VectorDB, Embedding ,RAG, fineTunning , LLM model

Skill Set

• 5+ Programming language experience is a must have e.g Java, Python . Familiarity with jar and war structures helpful

• 2+ years of experience working in an enterprise hosting complex systems

• 2 + year of experience working with front-end development using React.js

• Experience with cloud infrastructures like AWS or Azure or GCP

• Experience with build systems, CI/CD tools (like AWS DevOps, Jenkins), application analytics/monitoring

• Experience using package managers, including yum, rpm and apt

• Experience with metrics, monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, Wavefront, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Pagerduty

• Intermediate AI knowledge in VectorDB, Embedding ,RAG, FineTunning , LLM model.

Role and Responsibility

• Maintain the GenAI Code Generation tools and platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams understanding the requirement and help them in curation of Golden git repo as per the document , help them in indexing the gitrepo , provide guidance to writing the effective prompt for getting the right accurate code.

• Work with capability owner to understand their requirements and help them understand if it is fine tunning or RAG usecase.

• Drive the adoption of GenAI tools across the organization by providing training and support to developers.

• Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of the GenAI tools.
