Job Description

Evaluate existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes

Architect solutions, design and develop new applications and enhancements to client's Immunization registry and Communicable Disease Surveillance System

Identifying the hardware and software infrastructure needs to accommodate the department’s architectural goals

Architect scalable systems for Java/Spring based applications

Responsible for full lifecycle projects from requirements gathering, design through development, implementation, rollout and maintenance of new and existing applications

Troubleshoot design flaws and system bottlenecks

Required

5 years experience with Reactive micro-services, Traditional ESB orchestrated SOA, Staged Event-driven Messaging Architecture (SEDA) Cloud-enabled Distribute

8 years experience JAVA, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Script, JavaScript and Python

8 Years experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems

8 Years experience with Spring and Angular Framework

8 Years experience with Docker and Kubernetes with AWS

8 Years experience with Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat and 

3 Years experience using GIT, Maven, Jenkins and ANT
Excellent communication and presentation skills to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs by facilitating brainstorming sessions with health professionals

Strong knowledge of web programming specifics and experience in building web-based applications
