Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems

Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and availability

Collaborate with development teams to identify root cause and provide solutions to recurring issues
 Ensure that all incidents are tracked and resolved within the agreed-upon SLAs

Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the production environment - Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures

Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during non-business hours

Mandatory Skills Description:- 5-6 years of experience.

Strong working experience in Support Incidents and Bug fixes

High level Understanding of different database systems like Oracle, SQL Server

Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and directly with the client

Basic understanding of AWS or AZURE based cloud experience

Should have good communication and presentation skills
