Description

  • 5+ years of Production Support experience in Applications and Processes of highly complexity
  • Provides highly complex functional support for applications, prioritizes issues and distributes ticket to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Isolates highly difficult or significantly ambiguous issues by reproducing the incident, identifying invalid data within the database, and/or tracing transactions through infrastructure to identify failure point
  • Creates DB scripts to correct invalid data within the database  
  • Creates and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Presents, Communicates, and articulates technically complex information to client.
  • Resource to work in 16/5 support that includes 2nd shift and night shift in rotational basis.
