5+ years of Production Support experience in Applications and Processes of highly complexity
Provides highly complex functional support for applications, prioritizes issues and distributes ticket to the appropriate team for resolution
Isolates highly difficult or significantly ambiguous issues by reproducing the incident, identifying invalid data within the database, and/or tracing transactions through infrastructure to identify failure point
Creates DB scripts to correct invalid data within the database
Creates and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Presents, Communicates, and articulates technically complex information to client.
Resource to work in 16/5 support that includes 2nd shift and night shift in rotational basis.
