Java Support Engineer

Mandatory Skills: 
Previous experience in Java Support based projects 
Strong knowledge of Core Java good to have Spring boot framework and Spring Batch 
Hands on experience in web services (REST/SOAP) 
Exposure to basic querying skills using SQL and PL/SQL
High level Understanding of different database systems like Oracle, SQL Server. 
Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and directly with the client. 
Basic understanding of AWS or AZURE based cloud experience. 
Strong working experience in Production Support Incidents and Bug fixes. 
Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures. 
Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during non-business hours.
Candidates need to work from office (Bangalore/Chennai) , 3 days a week.

These are night shifts and rotational.
