Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Support Engineer at Enterprise Minds, Inc. As a Java Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support to our customers. This includes resolving issues related to operating systems and applications, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Some remote work will be allowed in this role.

 

Job purpose

Sr Application support engineer will work with TechOps team for application support and monitoring on multiple projects and responsible for the support – maintenance of the existing solutions.

Technical skills requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

· Strong Experience in Java / Spring/ Spark and Hibernate.

· Good working understanding of AngularJS, Java Scripts

· Expertise in troubleshooting the incidents and provide fix if required.

· Experience with developing and maintaining REST API’s

· Exposure to various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) software development

· Experience in handling small to complex enhancements.

· Good analytical, grasping and problem-solving skills

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

Additional skills requirements

· Working in 24 X 7 support model.

· Experience with systems and IT operations

· Knowledge of any ticketing tool.

· Good Exposure to ITIL skills like incident, problem and change managements.

Educational Qualification: -

· BE / B Tech / MTech / MCA with 3-5 years

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
