  1. Expert-level knowledge of Java/J2EE/React.js technologies
  2. Strong understanding of full-stack architecture and design principles
  3. Proficiency in Spring Boot and RESTful API development
  4. Advanced experience with state management in React (e.g., Redux, Context API)
  5. Good understanding in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  6. Solid understanding of Java application servers and ORM frameworks
  7. Proficiency in build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle, Webpack) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  8. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
  9. Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
  10. Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure
  11. Experience with microservices architecture
  12. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  13. Understanding of GraphQL and server-side rendering
  14. Proven experience in enterprise architecture and system design
  15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  16. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  17. Leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
