Java Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task dependencies, and timelines.
• Track project progress, manage changes, and identify potential risks.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and provide timely updates to management.
• Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) as appropriate.
• Ensure quality delivery of project deliverables.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a technology-focused role.
• Strong Java development background and hands-on experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in the banking industry.
• In-depth understanding of banking operations, products, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (preferred).
