Objective of the Role:
To take the functional support consultant role within the application support team for UI Based applications be it JAVA or HTML Or React based or any other frond end technologies
Mandatory Skill Requirements:
- 6 Years of experience
- Expertise with JavaScript based frameworks like jQuery, prototype, AngularJS. AngularJS is a must
- Good solid understanding of Object-Oriented JavaScript concepts.
- Good solid experience inHTML5 and CSS3 along with Responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap
- Experience in developing Single Page Applications using AngularJS
- Exposure to Node.js will be and added advantage
- Understanding of Usability & UI guidelines
- Experience writing code in Java at a familiarity level as a minimum
- Familiar with design patterns and web application architectures
- Experience working with REST based web services or other server-based APIs
- Knowledge of Java enterprise development (Spring, JPA, EJB or JSF)
- Knowledge of unit testing and build processes (Ant, Maven, Jenkins, Hudson or Cruise Control)
- Hands-on experience with Java web applications servers (JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, GlassFish or WebSphere)
- Should possess 2-4+ years of experience including atleast 1 years in support environments
Desirable Skill Requirements:
- Experience working with databases
- Familiarity with HTML5 features and frameworks (such as Angular, Node, Backbone etc) will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Web 2.0 concepts is a bonus
- Experience with Apache Felix
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day to day support to the CRM application and interacting with various third party applications for end to end support for issue resolution.
- Analyze registered issues and drive improvements via problem management.
- Business and process analysis
- Liaising with stakeholders from engineering and customer support teams
- Quality Assurance & Documentation
