Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical design and development of jBPM workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with the Product Lead to align technical solutions with project objectives.
• Work with the Testing Lead to ensure robust, bug-free implementations.
• Manage technical project timelines and deliverables.

Day-to-Day Activities:
• Designing and coding jBPM workflows and integrations.
• Lead technical planning sessions.
• Coordinating closely with the Product and Testing Leads to ensure project coherence.
• Keeping the team updated on the latest jBPM features and industry practices.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in jBPM development and implementation.
• Strong Java and integration skills, with a focus on banking systems.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
