JFS-Technical Specialist 4 /TS 4 (Salesforce Developer)

Complete Description:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with at least 2-3 years exp working in Vlocity / Omnistudio platform.
• 6 mos – 1 year Exp working on Omni studio Public Sector Foundation Platform(i.e., -OmniScript, Data Raptor, FlexCards) highly desired.
• 5+ years’ experience with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, configuring Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards.
• Experience building apps in Salesforce lightning and working with lightning web components.
• Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
• Experience implementing Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs.
• Able to guide teams to resolve errors associated with Salesforce Omnistudio Public Sector Foundation product.

Typical Duties/Abilities:

• Work in capacity as Technical/Solutions Architects.
• Develop software using Salesforce Omnistudio Public sector solutions.
• Develop, document design, test, and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests.
• Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
• Supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) and/or users to address their requests, questions, and concerns.

Soft Skills:

• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, LeanStartup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership.
• Communication skills key! Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate design and configuration choices and bring about consensus.

Education/Certifications:

• BS degree in Information Technology or another related technical discipline
• Salesforce Developer/Architect Certifications - Preferred

Experience:
