Jira Administrator (French speaking)

Experience required

Solid experience in implementing and configuring Jira solutions (at least 1 year).

Good experience in analyzing software solutions in the collaborative field (at least 1 year).

Teamwork and must easily and quickly integrate into the team

Jira certification: a serious asset.

Developer experience: an asset

Atlassian administration experience: an asset.

Responsibilities

Position: Within the Tooling team, several Jira DataCenters instances under Administration

Provide advice to employees on best practices for using Atlassian Jira solutions.

Analyze the tasking and service desk needs expressed by internal customers and configure projects according to the standards defined by the team.

Provide support to users and facilitate their adoption of these solutions.

Ensure the monitoring and correction of bugs and incidents in Production on these solutions.
