Description

Responsibilities
• Support ongoing migration effort of Jira Server to Atlassian Cloud
• Automating manual platform management processes through scripting or programming
• Coordinating enterprise-wide outreach and reporting efforts as part of platform governance responsibilities
• Supporting and troubleshooting Jira Server running on windows server and Atlassian Cloud products
• Evaluate the use and integration of third-party add-ons
• Coordinating and collaboration with users of the platform
• Develop training and documentation materials as needed

Experience (General)
• Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
• Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis
• Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight
• Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity Incident & Problem management

Required Technical Expertise
• 3 years’ experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation) on-premises and cloud based
• Experience with Atlassian Market place add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunner
• Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)

Preferred Technical Experience
• Experience automating manual tasks
• Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (Rally, Trello)
• Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management
• Experience supporting custom and third-party software integrations into a SaaS platform via API
• Experience with large platform migration efforts
